Our Story

Since opening its doors in 1998 and born from a love of honest cooking and warm hospitality, Biella began as a humble Italian café a place where the aroma of freshly baked pizza and slow-simmered sauces filled the air, and where every meal felt like home.

Over the years, Biella has become more than just a restaurant, it’s a familiar spot where friends gather, families celebrate, and moments turn into memories. Our chefs stay true to classic Italian traditions, using fresh ingredients, hand-stretched dough, and recipes passed down through generations.

Biella is One of the Dubai’s oldest and most beloved Italian restaurants. Visited recently and was surprised that the place still holds a lot of charm and the food tastes great after decades in operation. Service was impeccable and attentive especially from Zander. As always go for the margherita and Diavola pizzas.

Biella of course one of the best Italian restaurants. All the pasta varieties are fresh and tasty. Sometimes they put kids menu for free dine in. Look for offers. Very nice ambience. Place to sit outside in winter. Accept Fazaa card. Families friendly. Kids friendly. I really recommend Zander as the best service person.

We had pasta, and it remains the best in Dubai—rich in flavor and served in very generous portions that are perfect for sharing or taking some home. A special shoutout to the chef, whose passion and skill truly shine through in every dish. The welcome bread with balsamic vinegar was a delightful start—fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. It was great dining experience with my mommy at this place. We’ve been there for the first time and we absolutely loved the place, service and food. Everything was freshly prepared by the chef and well delivered and served by our waiter Richard. The ambiance is just amazing plus they have business lunch offer for 79 AED. Highly recommended for a visit!
